The goal was to appeal to potential homebuyers in areas where the company revitalizes old structures, offering them insights into the history and transformation of each building. To address this, I designed the brochure with an emphasis on open space while adhering to a strong grid system for clarity and organization. I selected a nostalgic type lockup for the cover, inspired by designs reminiscent of an old bakery, to evoke a sense of heritage and warmth. Complementing this was bold typography for the tagline, ensuring the message was both engaging and memorable. To visually convey the company’s mission, I incorporated a mix of vintage and contemporary photographs, demonstrating how the revitalized buildings harmoniously integrate the old and the new, providing a compelling narrative for prospective residents.
